With an intensive education in the Psychological Sciences from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, UK, Tejaswini specializes in various psychotherapies such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) and its derivatives such as exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP), Mindfulness Based therapy (MBT), DBT, Transactional analysis and Neurocognitive retraining. She is also a trained and certified psychological first aid provider. She uses an eclectic approach of therapy as she believes in understanding and fostering the well-being of everyone in a way that works for them. She takes a patient approach to understanding each client and their needs and works on them by working in unison with them. She firmly believes mental health and well-being just as important as physical health. She also believes in spreading awareness and destigmatizing mental heal th in today’s world, making mental health a global priority. According to her, mental well-being will enable people to be the best, self-aware and gentle versions of themselves. She believes empathy, kindness and innate drive which are all key to mental health care, will help her make the world a better, happier and wholesome place.
