She specializes in psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based practices and is a firm believer in utilizing a collaborative, client-centred approach while carefully considering cultural considerations and practises. The aim of her work is to support people in developing psychological flexibility, achieving their full potential, and becoming capable of dealing with and accepting challenging circumstances on their own.
