Along with his expertise in issues such as anxiety and stress, depression, Focus, Self-improvement, personal loss, relationship issues, he is also known to hold an empathetic space for individuals.  His evidence-based approach to counselling and an inclination towards humanistic, empathetic, and cognitive behavioural framework makes him ideal psychologist to consult.

Couple Counselling

Marriage counselling helps couples to prepare for or adjust to new life stages such as becoming a new couple, family with young children, and family with adolescent children, launching children and moving on and family in later life.  Each of these life stages put different demands on the couple. Counselling would help the couple to sail through these demands with the help of the therapist.
